ABOUT ME
For more than a decade, I have worked at the intersection of community, leadership, and systems change, designing spaces where people can think clearly, connect meaningfully, and move forward together.
Today, I design spaces where people can slow down enough to lead with intention.
Through dynamic facilitation, wellness practices, and embodied work, I support leaders, teams, and communities as they navigate complexity with steadiness and care.
My work has spanned national partnerships, youth leadership development and research, coalition building, and large-scale convenings across education and advocacy spaces.
I am TOPS (Technology of Participation) facilitation-trained and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and I bring participatory methods, cultural fluency, and embodied awareness to the spaces I design.
My relationship with movement and breathwork deepened during a period of personal transition, when external success did not equal internal steadiness.
Through practice, I learned to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild from a place of presence rather than performance.
That shift changed how I lead.
How I facilitate.
How I create and hold space for others.
As a Jersey-born Boricua raised in rural Tennessee, I draw from a life lived across cultures and identities to create spaces where people feel seen, respected, and able to belong.
Currently, I teach at Past Tense Yoga Studio in Washington, DC, offering grounded, accessible classes focused on strength, steadiness, and mindful movement.
My work now lives at the intersection of facilitation, wellness, and embodied leadership.
I also offer:
• Workplace wellness and somatic experiences that support focus, connection, and sustainable practices.
• Facilitation and retreats that integrate reflection, dialogue, and embodied awareness
• Private yoga sessions and customized digital practices supporting prenatal, postpartum, and restorative care
• Children’s yoga curriculum and embodied learning experiences
I am currently expanding my practice through mat Pilates training and continue to develop inclusive and comprehensive approaches to movement and well-being.
I believe people do their best thinking when they feel seen and supported.
I believe sustainable leadership requires presence and self-awareness.
I believe structure and softness are not opposites; they are partners.
And I design experiences that reflect that.
If you’re seeking thoughtful facilitation, grounded wellness experiences, or intentional spaces for reflection and renewal, I’d love to explore what’s possible together.
